Sachin established Camino Group in 2012, having spotted a niche in the recruitment sector which seeks to support other recruitment companies&rsquo; needs by searching and placing non-sales talent -supporting staff- within their operations.
Following a highly successful period of growth, which encompassed the opening of Camino Search, a now-global headhunting consultancy, Sachin is CEO for both operations, where he is passionate about enabling the Camino Group vision to &ldquo;leave a positive legacy within the industry by positively impacting colleagues&rsquo;, clients&rsquo; and candidates&rsquo; lives&rdquo;.

Sachin Ruparelia

In 2011, myself and two business partners discovered a gap in the market for a company to specialise in placing finance roles exclusively within the recruitment sector, and so Camino Partners was born at the start of 2012. Following a successful beginning and increasing demand from clients, I played a lead role in expanding our service offering to the recruitment of all back-office to boardroom level professionals.
This puts me in a unique position of both running a successful and growing recruitment business, but also working with hundreds of staffing firms in hiring leadership talent to grow theirs.
In my current position, I set up and lead our USA brand - Cavana Search.
Cavana Search specialises in placing staffing and sales roles in the staffing sector across the United States.
I am driven to succeed and provide the most effective recruitment experience our clients can envisage. The recruitment process is a trusted partnership and both recruiter and client should work with honesty and integrity. I have found that this approach has allowed Camino to partner with our clients, enabling them to build high performing teams.
I live by the motto that today&rsquo;s candidate is tomorrow&rsquo;s client. I spend the time with all candidates to understand their motivations, advise them on the market and their options and ultimately to ensure that they will fit culturally within our clients.
I like to know all the best people within the staffing industry, I&rsquo;m an avid networker and appreciate the value of extensive and long-term relationships.

I have been working within the recruitment sector for nearly 3 years now, and joined the industry with hopes to become a specialist within my market and niche.
​When joining the business I stared working as a specialist consultant on the Legal and Compliance desk of which I scaled and grew into a highly successful recruitment operation - and placed over 50 Unsung Heroes in this sector across the recruitment sector with some of our top clients.In August I decided to take the sidestep into heading up our Marketing into Recruitment desk, specialising in recruiting marketing and communications professionals.
​I cover all areas of marketing placements from entry level admin up to CMO and Director of Commercial Marketing also.

Jordan King

I specialise in recruiting the unsung heroes in recruitment, working in the legal and compliance sectors.&nbsp;Before joining Camino Partners I previously established a career in tech sales in Manchester.
I then moved down to London and joined Camino Partners, having completed the internal training academy programme with the business in 2023.&nbsp;I place anyone from a compliance administrator up to legal counsel into other recruitment recruitment companies.
My favourite thing about being a recruiter is the relationships I am able to build with people.Truly understanding what a candidate is looking for in their next role and being there to support them in their career feels great.

Siobhan Keppler

With four years&rsquo; experience as a &lsquo;360&rsquo; Recruitment Consultant, I am experienced at helping businesses find talent at all levels across multiple sectors.
​I&rsquo;m now working to support the recruitment sector itself with finding top talent for learning and development and support functions in other recruitment companies.&nbsp;I am part of Camino Partners, specialising in supporting recruitment businesses and executive search firms to find top talent across the Learning and Development space.

Courtney Gresty

​Chairman of Camino Partners, Brad is a passionate advocate for developing positive working environments that lead to thriving businesses, and is a well-known figure in recruitment.
After 25 years of successfully setting up, scaling, and selling businesses in recruitment and technology, Brad is married and a father to two head-strong kids &ndash; a 20-year old Economics student and a 17-year old singer / songwriter. Brad is a devoted (and frustrated) Arsenal fan and an even more frustrated golfer.
Having successfully started and exited businesses, undertaken mergers and advised on multiple MBOs, Brad set up his first IT recruitment business in 1999, followed by a telecoms and medical recruitment business. He co-founded market-leading technology business, Broadbean, later sold to a global media organisation, and is an investor in a corporate finance business.
Brad is a relatable, authentic, and compassionate guy who&rsquo;s been in your shoes as both business owner and leader. His personal interest in mental health and qualification in counselling and therapy is a critical tool he uses to bring the best out of teams and to unleash the potential of business.
Brad loves to help clients build a business that is reflective of modern culture. With over a year and a half experience within the recruitment industry, I have built my career from a Talent Acquisition Associate to a Graduate Talent Lead, and now into a Talent Partner. Experienced in finding exceptional talent to help grow sales business&rsquo;, I have worked closely with Sales Directors and CEO&rsquo;s to fully understand their hiring requirements and deliver on those within a deadline. I am passionate about working with like minded individuals, using my background in scaling companies with the &lsquo;in it together&rsquo; mentality that Camino Search truly represents.
