Recruitment Sector Salary Benchmarking Now Available
THOUSANDS of non-fee-earning personnel from across the recruitment sector will be able to find out more about salary and benefits for their specific profession in a new document, released today, researched by Camino Partners.
Compiled based on a benchmarking exercise across 70,000 database salary points, compiled from 12,000 market conversations annually, as well as a survey approach to 6,000 contacts – all from the recruitment sector, Camino Partners has been able to benchmark salary information for professionals working in:
· Accountancy – qualified and non-qualified/transactional roles
· IT
· Learning and Development
· Legal and Compliance
· Marketing
· Operations
The benchmarking document provides a simple, structured three-tier document for salary bandings and remuneration for each non-fee-earning employee segment within the recruitment market. Elements of remuneration, such as bonus options, working arrangements and holiday allowance are also highlighted.
“Following months of research, we are proud to be able to release the first edition of our 2025 salary benchmarking tool for the recruitment sector,” said Camino Partners’ Managing Director, Matt Newman.
“Because the market remains more cautious candidates who are able to demonstrate unquestionable commercial value to recruitment companies are undeniably still the most desirable in the market.
“We have seen an increase in part time / fractional employees, such as CFOs / FDs as well as the off-shoring of some roles overseas with cost as a factor.”
The Salary Survey follows Camino Partners’ Recruitment Sector Temperature Check report, released at the end of 2024, which surveyed 150 recruitment CEOs to ask their current confidence in the recruitment market, available here
